Holiday Time!

Our Cookeville Market is stocked for the holidays with loads of local gifts and goodies - including our new line of gift baskets - Maple Madness, Local Cheeses, Winter Wellness and Hot Drink Lovers.

Looking for holiday meal options? We have farm-raised, pastured  bone-in and boneless legs of lamb, rack of lamb, smoked and fresh hams ranging from 3-20 pounds, pork tenderloin and pork loin roasts.

The market kitchen will be cooking up a storm with pre-order dinner options including lasagna, sweet potato and sausage casserole, wild rice casserole and scalloped potatoes. Marilyn's Kitchen has buche de noel, peppermint mocha cheesecake, stolen bread and more - stop in and order this week for pick up on the 22nd or 23rd.

On Saturday the 16th and Saturday the 22nd we will have FREE hot cocoa and cookies for everyone.  

P.S - We have Christmas Trees this year! Freshly cut right here on the farm and reasonably priced too! 

We are still harvesting from our greenhouses and are stocked with other winter favorites as well including celeriac, sweet potatoes, brussels, kale, spinach and baby lettuce. 

THIS WEEK the  Cookeville Market Kitchen has warm and hearty meals for short days and long nights!  Braised Beef Short Ribs, Brussel Sprout Risotto, Chicken Pot Pie, Ham and White Bean Soup, Hearty Vegetarian Lentil and Savory Hand Pies too! 

We will be open regular hours (Wed/Thu/Fri 8;30-6 and Sat 8:30-3) through December 23. We will reopen for the winter season on January 17.
